I’m Elizabeth, a registered dietitian specialising in personalised nutrition and sustainable weight change. I’ve seen firsthand how confusing and overwhelming nutrition can feel, especially when you’re trying to do everything right and still not seeing results. My Story
I didn’t always see nutrition this way.
I’ve experienced how confusing and overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to do everything “right” but still not seeing the results you expect. It creates a constant sense of second guessing, frustration, and pressure around food and your body.
Over time, I realised that the answer wasn’t more rules or more restriction, but a better understanding of how your body, your habits, and your mindset all work together.
That shift is what shaped the way I work today. I now help my clients move away from the cycle of starting over and build an approach that feels clear, supportive, and sustainable.
